The Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role includes:
- Using our dynamic scheduling system to plan daily work schedules for operatives, ensuring a first-class customer experience in a timely and efficient manner
- Owning the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location, and timing, while mitigating risks affecting KPIs
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, supporting trade operatives to complete their work successfully and striving for first-time fix resolutions
- Maintaining accurate notes for each job/task to support compliance and process
- Producing daily KPI reports to contribute to overall contract performance
What you will bring:
- Planning and scheduling experience is preferred, but high-level customer service experience and problem-solving skills are also valued
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Strong IT and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and follow processes
