About the Role: We are seeking a General Manager of Operations, reporting to the CEO, to lead our operations group, including Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, and operational support functions such as Quality Control and Continuous Improvement. In this role, you will set the strategic direction for Group Operations across NZ, Australia, Chile, and export markets, focusing on achieving production targets, supply chain efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. You will oversee operational excellence, quality, facilities, and lead the team to deliver tangible results.

About You: You are an experienced operations professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and third-party manufacturing site management. You possess strategic decision-making skills that influence business performance and are a persuasive team player capable of gaining buy-in from senior management, external stakeholders, and team members. You have a proven track record of leading change, driving innovation, and delivering results. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. You are highly driven, committed to high-quality performance, and uphold integrity and strong business values. Your experience includes coaching managers to achieve high team performance, improve operational areas, and apply LEAN principles.
