Sytner Oldbury is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your role

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. Additionally, you will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. You will also give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

Your profile

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential.
