Position: Paint Sprayer
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00
PAYE Rate: £18 p/h
Employment Type: On-going work

The Role:

1. Painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme.
2. Mixing and colour matching own paints prior to painting the vehicles.
3. Undertaking some final prep of vehicle prior to paint.
4. Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
5. Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
6. Working in a fast-paced, modern, well-equipped bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for?

1. Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
2. Experienced in mixing water-based paints.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Must hold a full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
5. Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
6. Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
