Armoured Cable Installer

DCS Recruitment currently seek experienced cable pullers with Confined Spaces in Birmingham on behalf of a national client.

This contract will involve installation of armoured power cable of various size and specification, within a utilities industrial site, therefore established experience with different runs and cable installs is paramount.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/EUSR or equivalent
• Must have Confined Spaces cert, either Confined Space City & Guilds, or Confined Spaces awareness as minimum
• Have 4 years industry experience
• IPAF licence is beneficial but not essential
• Be able to provide relevant work references and proof of right to work in the UK (ID) prior to start
• Have their own PPE and plant including winches, rollers, jacks, etc.

Own transport (at least between a team) is preferred due to the locations of the site(s).
