Our time is now. ERM, the world's largest pure play sustainability consultancy, is looking for a GIS professional at Consultant or Senior Consultant level (depending on experience). You will lead medium to large-scale projects, managing the coordination and production of maps and spatial analyses to support assessments. You will work closely with technical teams to provide GIS expertise and facilitate data access through digital data collection tools and web applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with project management teams to align with project timelines and objectives, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule. With data at the heart of every project, a key responsibility of this role is the end-to-end management of spatial datasets throughout the entire project lifecycle. Beyond day-to-day project delivery, you will also play a proactive and collaborative role in driving innovation and identifying opportunities to improve processes within the GIS function.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related subject, or equivalent
- Solid experience in the use of ESRI ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online)
- Demonstrable track record of creating high-quality cartographic outputs and undertaking spatial analysis
- Ability to clearly present spatial information in maps and online
- Experience in the use and management of terrestrial and/or marine datasets
- Experience in managing medium-sized GIS projects and/or tasks
- Experience of using GIS in the renewable energy sector is preferred but not essential
