D365 Finance Consultant

About the Role We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect to join our team and lead complex D365 Finance implementations for medium to large enterprises. This role demands a blend of strong business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder coordination skills. You will play a pivotal role in designing functional solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementations. Key Responsibilities · Act as the Onsite Solution Architect, translating complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. · Lead solution design workshops, analyse business processes, and recommend process improvements aligned with D365 capabilities. · Prototype, configure, and test solutions to ensure they meet project needs and expectations. · Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. · Document configurations, user stories, and business process flows. · Lead gap analysis, identify functional and non-functional requirements, and provide fit-gap assessments. · Guide users through testing phases and provide training/support as needed. · Coordinate across business units, offshore teams, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. · Travel as required to support project engagements. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. · 8 years of Techno-Functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. · Strong understanding of end-to-end implementation cycles for D365 Finance. · Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certification is a must. · Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. · Ability to wear multiple hats from business analysis to solution design, testing, and training. · Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments. Preferred Experience · Experience leading cross-functional project teams. · Prior involvement in community knowledge sharing or internal training programs. · Familiarity with Power Platform integrations or other Dynamics 365 modules is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
