You\’ll deep insurance industry knowledge and contacts with cutting-edge technology to solve business-critical cloud modernisation challenges and deliver real, measurable change.

The Role

As a Partner, you will be a key leader within the business — owning executive relationships, driving strategic growth, and delivering high-impact consulting engagements across CxO-level stakeholders.

• Leading consulting sales cycles worth >£10m annually (minimum)

• Building trusted advisor relationships at C-suite level

• Overseeing delivery of complex, high-value transformation programmes

• Driving pipeline development and conversion, with full accountability for revenue, utilisation, and client impact

• Shaping and executing on long-term strategic accounts and industry-aligned growth

What You’ll Bring

• Domain exprience in either Financial Services, Insurance, Retail or Telco.

• Extensive experience managing and delivering consulting engagements in a top-tier or boutique consultancy, large enterprise, or public body

• A proven track record of selling and delivering complex transformation projects across technology and business domains

• Strong presence and credibility at CxO level, with the ability to shape strategic direction

• Deep understanding of your sector and the technology trends reshaping it

• Commercial acumen to manage revenue growth, margins, and risk effectively

• A collaborative, inclusive leadership style and a passion for developing talent

What’s on Offer

• Competitive base salary of £140,000–£180,000

• Performance-related bonus
