We are an independent fostering agency with a registered office based at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. From this central location, we are able to co-ordinate local services for our foster carers across the region. We are actively seeking foster carers to join our team from across the West and East Midlands.
Working together with foster carers, we are passionate about enhancing the lives of children and young people, ensuring they are supported to enjoy their childhoods and believe that every child should have a safe and nurturing place to grow and achieve. As a foster carer, you will look after children in your own home on either a short- or long-term basis, fulfilling care plans for children in conjunction with a wider team of professionals, transporting children to nursery or school and building relationships with teachers and key staff, supporting them to spend time with their birth family members and promoting their activities and interests.
Our foster carers come from different backgrounds and have different experiences, knowledge and interests. Some experience of working with children and young people is required, whether on a personal or professional basis. Relevant professions include teaching, nursing, support worker, and carer.
We are committed to finding individuals and families who reflect the diverse communities in which we live. Your sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, culture, and ethnicity are not determining factors and will be explored further as part of the fostering assessment process.
We understand that becoming a fostering family is a life changing decision, and from experience we believe that the first step in this is choosing the right people to work with. Getting this right will mean that you and your family are supported through your journey. So if you want to make a difference to the lives of children, and you are looking to join a family friendly, embracing and professional agency, apply today.
