Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager at Jackie Quinn Estate Agents, located in Ashtead. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential and commercial properties in our portfolio. Tasks include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and overseeing the financial performance of the properties. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, handling tenant inquiries and disputes, and preparing reports for property owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and knowledge of property regulations is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relationships and coordinate with service providers
• Financial acumen to oversee the financial performance of properties, including budgeting and rent collection
• Proficiency in relevant software and property management systems
• Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected issues promptly and effectively
