Job Description
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfieldโs lines of business.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Scheduler to join our HR Services team. In this role, you will serve as a critical partner to the Talent Acquisition team, coordinating and managing interview logistics across multiple departments and geographies. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, while driving efficiency and consistency in our interview process. This role is initially scoped for a minimum of three months, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidate availability and interviewer calendars.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates, confirmations, and changes as needed.
- System Management: Manage interview scheduling through Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and calendaring tools (e.g., Outlook and Rooster).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates receive prompt and professional communication; support a white-glove candidate experience from first contact through the final interview.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate interview records, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and generate reporting as needed.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with recruiters, coordinators, and HR business partners to support high-volume hiring efforts and company-wide initiatives.
- Other HRSD transactional or administrative duties as assigned.
- Execute tasks and objectives to achieve service level agreement (SLA) marks.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Post-secondary education (University or College graduate)
- Minimum2-3years of Recruitment experience, in a professional services environment
- Experience working in a global team
- Experience within a high-volume shared services environment
- Base knowledge and experience with Workday business processes will be an asset
- Experience with a case management system
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlookand Excel (ability to review and audit data using formulas such asVlookupsand pivot table)
