We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical aspects of a major residential project. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all electrical installation and commissioning activities for the residential project
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to ensure electrical work meets project timelines and specifications
- Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and in-house electrical teams
- Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for stakeholders
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving during construction and testing phases
- Maintain a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions
Qualifications:
- Black CSCS card
