Electrical Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical aspects of a major residential project. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact from start to finish. Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all electrical installation and commissioning activities for the residential project Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to ensure electrical work meets project timelines and specifications Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage subcontractors and in-house electrical teams Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for stakeholders Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving during construction and testing phases Maintain a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions Electrical Manager Qualifications: Black CSCS card SMSTS Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role on mid- to large-scale residential projects Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in project management tools and construction software is a plus How to Apply: Please send your CV below! #J-18808-Ljbffr
