Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Paid Search Manager to lead our high-budget paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing. In this role, you will own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy development and execution to performance analysis and optimisation. You will thrive in our fast-paced tech environment, working closely with the Tech team alongside Design and Marketing to deliver exceptional ROI and drive sustainable growth across diverse markets. Your ability to navigate complexity and make swift, impactful decisions is key to success in this entrepreneurial setting. This role is primarily office-based from our London office, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution: Own and manage end-to-end paid search campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding £1m. Develop, launch, and continuously refine campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, ensuring high performance and market relevance. Conduct thorough keyword research and manage performance analytics to maximize ROI.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously optimise ad creatives, copy, and dynamic elements based on performance data. Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and campaign management platforms to analyze conversion data and drive strategic improvements. Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Innovation & Implementation: Develop innovative PPC strategies that align with overall product growth and marketing objectives. Oversee the setup and launch of campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach. Champion a test-and-learn mindset, documenting strategies and outcomes to drive continuous campaign improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Tech team to ensure seamless integration of digital advertising efforts with technology-driven insights and solutions. Work alongside Design and Marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic alignment across all digital channels.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay current with the latest PPC trends and digital advertising innovations. Provide insights on market performance and support broader digital marketing efforts, including basic SEO and website performance analysis.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing campaigns, with a proven track record of handling high-budget, complex accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign management platforms, with robust analytical and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, make swift data-driven decisions, and take ownership of campaign performance.
- Experience in crafting and executing innovative paid search strategies that drive conversions and growth.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with Tech colleagues.
- Fluency in French is essential, and additional European languages are a plus.

Benefits
Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum base salary. Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary, paid quarterly.
