They’re now looking for a CRM & Automation Manager who doesn’t just “do” email marketing, but lives and breathes automation - someone who can own strategy, design complex journeys, and build scalable systems that supercharge lead generation.

DAY TO DAY
  • Be the automation lead for all CRM/email activity across the UK & Ireland.
  • Build and optimise advanced customer journeys, workflows, and triggers.
  • Own and evolve the CRM tech roadmap, collaborating with Sales, BI, Marketing & IT.
  • Integrate diverse data sources to power smarter targeting and real-time personalisation.
  • Create reporting and analytics frameworks that deliver actionable insight.
  • Champion best-in-class marketing operations, system hygiene, and campaign scalability.
  • Lead on strategy from conception to execution, with full visibility of performance metrics.
YOU?
  • Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Proven track record designing and executing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to work with SQL, Velocity scripting, and dynamic content.
  • Strong experience with lead scoring, attribution modelling, and campaign ROI tracking.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a passion for marketing tech.
  • A natural communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
