Join a growing team as an IT Support Analyst, providing first-line support across both on-premise and cloud IT systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 6–12 months of IT support experience to grow their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT issues resolving incidents both onsite and remotely.
  • Support end-users with hardware, software, and account access (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
  • Assist with basic network and remote access support (VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls).
  • Work with 3rd-party providers and assist on IT projects.
  • Maintain IT documentation and help deliver inductions for new starters.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6–12 months+ of IT support experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, TCP/IP, Group Policy, and AD.
  • Great communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
  • A keen eye for detail and good documentation habits.

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • Awareness of ITIL, Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, or Hyper-V.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or ITIL Foundation.
