Are you a strategic operator with a passion for driving change, leading transformation, and optimising performance across multiple divisions? Our clients, a well-respected and established insurance group, are looking to add an experienced Group Head of Operations to join their growing group. This is a Group-level leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, where you will oversee both Broking and Consultancy divisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading the successful onboarding of acquisitions across the Group
