SAP Project Systems Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Project Systems (PS) to join our enterprise digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA PS processes, with a strong focus on integration, data migration, and end-to-end solution delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are strategically aligned, technically sound, and effectively support our project-based business operations. Key Responsibilities · Facilitate and participate in business process discovery workshops, capturing and documenting functional requirements. · Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for SAP PS and supporting modules. · Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA PS in line with industry best practices and business needs. · Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and external systems. · Support technical teams in the design and implementation of system interfaces. · Lead or assist in end-to-end data migration activities—mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. · Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and integrated SAP solutions. · Support all phases of testing (unit, integration, user acceptance), ensuring issues are resolved effectively. · Contribute to cutover strategy development and post-go-live stabilization. · Deliver high-quality training, documentation, and presentations for users and stakeholders. · Promote continuous improvement through analysis and refinement of existing business processes. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. · 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP PS. · In-depth understanding of project-based business processes and lifecycle. · Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. · Strong cross-functional knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD integration experience. · Experience in functional design, SAP configuration, and data migration techniques. · SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred but not mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
