For this role we are recruiting:

• 1 x male driver (full-time)
• 2 x female walkers (full-time)
• 6 x female drivers

Pay and Benefits

• £12.75 per hour (drivers) – paid from your first visit to your last (block pay – not pay-per-call)

• 45p per mile mileage reimbursement

• Part-time and full-time hours available

Shift Times

• Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm

• Late shift: 3:00pm – 10:00pm

• Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday

• Set two-week rota to help you plan ahead

Your Role

• Support people in their homes with personal care, meals, medication and more

• Be a warm, reliable presence and an effective communicator

• Help people connect with their local community

• Provide care centred around choice, dignity, and independence

What We’re Looking For

• Female applicants only (for genuine occupational requirement)

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

• A calm, compassionate and caring nature

• Must live within the Sheffield area
