This team of Cloud Adoption Managers plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive world-class guidance and support on their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption. What you will do:

  • Ensure a quick and smooth customer account activation, provide the customer with the relevant knowledge for early use.
  • Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress in line with their expectations, facilitate ROI, ensure success during critical stages (Go Live for example) and provide long-term customer support.
  • Identify and escalate new business opportunities.
  • Stimulate customer interest by sharing relevant information and facilitating their connection with relevant Oracle activities.
  • Remove barriers: ensure the progress and rapid resolution of support tickets by engaging the relevant teams and defending the customer’s interests, while proactively identifying structural problems affecting the customer’s use of Oracle Cloud and developing a resolution plan.
  • Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

What you will bring:

  • BA/BS degree (or higher) in any relevant field.
  • Relevant modules in your degree and/or working experience: Project Management, Business or IT.
  • Problem-solving skills, task planning and delegation skills.
  • Passionate about IT and technology.
  • Listening and coordination skills.
  • Energetic and sociable person with the customer at the heart of their concerns, constantly seeking to anticipate customer needs by offering advice, training, or methodology.
  • Able to understand customers' business requirements and their definition of success.
  • Collaborative skills with great networking skills and the ability to work in teams.
  • 0-2 years working experience, creativity, and passion to join the team, working in a professional and competent manner.
  • Work experience in a customer facing role is a plus.
