Key responsibilities:

Legal researchPreparation of trade mark and design applicationsDrafting UK, EU and International trade mark and design applications

\\n\\n

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous IP Paralegal experience ideally gained from a similar US, or City, law firm environment or a keen interest in the area of law.
