Sytner Group is seeking a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Wakefield Audi.
As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a \’One Team\’ approach, communicating effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will handle requests promptly and support colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.
You will also maintain the parts stock room and manage stock levels by overseeing the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.
The role involves working flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
We are looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and able to advise on our products and services.
Applicants should have customer service experience in a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
