QTS/PGCE is NOT essential – Past Teaching Experience is a MUST., The successful candidate will be enthused by making a difference to the lives of young people. Previous experience working with challenging behaviour – desirable School Based.

A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

Experience working with children who have learning difficulties – EHCPs

Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
