Business Development Manager – South of UK – Home Based

We're partnering with one of the UK's most respected tour operators to find an exceptional Business Development Manager for their South UK territory. With years of heritage and an unmatched reputation in the travel industry, particularly in long-haul and, this is a rare opportunity to join a company known for its stability and staff retention.

As Business Development Manager , you'll be the face of this prestigious brand across the South of the UK, building and nurturing relationships with travel agents while driving business growth. This field-based travel job in sales offers the flexibility of hybrid working, combining home working with occasional visits to their modern head office.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with internal partners, providing feedback and competitor insight
  • Work strategically with travel agency suppliers to maximise partnership value
  • Provide market intelligence to shape company strategy
  • Organise and host dynamic training events, roadshows, and FAM trips with travel agents
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
  • Spend 3-4 days a week meeting with travel agents
  • Lead business development across the South of the UK
