Store Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently deliver customer service excellence

  • Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, stock control, and audit procedures

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
  • Track record of driving sales, managing KPIs, and improving store performance
  • Experience with P&L responsibility, recruitment & training, and visual merchandising
  • Fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential - we value passion and leadership
