Overview
We are working with a leading property developer on an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team in North Greenwich on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting quality inspections and snagging processes during a crucial handover phase.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting QA Managers in logging and tracking snags using iAuditor and Salesforce
- Carrying out daily site inspections and photo documentation
- Managing and updating quality assurance records
- Coordinating with site teams and contractors to resolve issues
- Providing admin support to the wider QA and Aftercare teams
- Preparing and distributing reports and ensuring document accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within construction or housing
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and quick to pick up systems (iAuditor/Salesforce experience a bonus)
- Clear and confident communication style
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, on-site environment (80% site, 20% office-based)
- A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential
