Overview

We are working with a leading property developer on an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team in North Greenwich on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting quality inspections and snagging processes during a crucial handover phase.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting QA Managers in logging and tracking snags using iAuditor and Salesforce
  • Carrying out daily site inspections and photo documentation
  • Managing and updating quality assurance records
  • Coordinating with site teams and contractors to resolve issues
  • Providing admin support to the wider QA and Aftercare teams
  • Preparing and distributing reports and ensuring document accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within construction or housing
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and quick to pick up systems (iAuditor/Salesforce experience a bonus)
  • Clear and confident communication style
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy, on-site environment (80% site, 20% office-based)
  • A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential
