Oxwash is re-engineering the laundry industry from the ground up. Our aim is for clinically clean, net-zero carbon emissions for the whole laundry process. This has never been accomplished, and we are determined to be the first truly sustainable on-demand laundry company in the world. We currently operate in Oxford, Cambridge, and London, with plans for further growth throughout the UK and into the US. We are a tech company at heart, with a suite of proprietary software powering our sustainable laundries and logistics.
We seek two innovative and agile process managers to oversee our processing operations in London. You will lead a team of industry experts, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies. You will maintain the highest standards throughout your lagoon. Your responsibilities include managing our processing operations with full oversight of the lagoon floor, implementing and enhancing our automated tracking system, and managing your team autonomously with support from the London General Manager and Head of Operations. Your work is crucial as we expand across London. The processes you implement will be vital to our success. We seek passionate individuals committed to our mission of sustainability. Qualifications:
