Job Title: Interim Regeneration Manager Contract Type: 6-Month Contract IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Start Date: ASAP Panoramic Associates are currently supporting a Local Authority client seeking an experienced Interim Regeneration Manager to lead and drive key regeneration programmes with a strong focus on town centre renewal and leisure-led developments. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and delivery of town centre and leisure regeneration projects. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and stakeholders. Develop and oversee delivery plans, ensuring alignment with funding requirements, timelines, and local priorities. Liaise with senior leadership, elected members, external partners, and communities to ensure inclusive and sustainable regeneration outcomes. Support funding bids, business cases, and investment strategies where required. Ensure risk, budget, and programme management processes are adhered to throughout project lifecycle. Key Requirements Proven track record in delivering complex regeneration programmes, ideally within town centre and/or leisure contexts. Strong understanding of place-making, economic development, and community-focused regeneration. Knowledge of local authority processes, governance, and procurement. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Towns Fund, Levelling Up Fund or similar government-funded regeneration programmes. Next Steps This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension.
