You are passionate about contributing to our service delivery through development of a high performing team. You understand the importance of engaging and developing your team, as well as the criticality of ensuring compliance to standards and deadlines.
You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and are adept at using data to analyse improvement opportunities and areas of risk.
Your key responsibilities will include:-

• Develop a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Continually reviewing methods of work to identify efficiencies or performance improvements via systems, process or people
• Building excellent stakeholder relationships with TSD and CSD management and union colleagues.
• Effective and efficient rosters, to timescale, so that staffing levels meet business needs and are in accordance with all applicable safety standards, legislation and company standards, policies and procedures.
