About the role
With a direct reporting line to the Fleet Operations Manager, this role will take on the responsibility of organising and overseeing vehicle movements and preparation, maintenance issues, driver standards, recruitment and training at our location in Shepherds Bush. We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience in fleet and/or Coordinator roles and in providing excellent customer support, ideally within a similar environment.
A fleet Coordinator is essentially the person behind the entire operation. You’ll be responsible for:
- Helping streamline the delivery and collection process
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining record logs to ensure smooth running of vehicles
- Conducting full damage checks
- Identifying and reporting any fleet maintenance issues
- Liaising with car repair services
- General administration duties
- If required delivery and collecting company cars across London and surrounding areas

- Highly personable

- Driving large vehicles when necessary

Technical requirements & experience
- Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
- Previous customer service experience for a luxury brand is a bonus
- Successful applicants will be required to consent to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check (DBS)
- Is passionate and knowledgeable about the cars
- Is at least 25 years old to meet our insurance requirements
- Be able to commute to Shepherds Bush
