Multi Skilled Operative

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our dedicated team of tradespeople. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects, mainly in void MOD properties across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring each day brings something new.

Please note, this role requires travel, so applicants must have a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
2. Assisting with quality checks and compliance
3. Carrying out kitchen & bathroom upgrades
4. Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
5. External repairs such as fencing and groundworks
