Role Overview As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your store, lead and develop a team, create an exceptional working environment, and build strong community links. Responsibilities include recruitment, mentoring, training, shift planning, and ensuring store standards and health & safety compliance. Managers work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
