What You Will Do

  • Continuously review and improve coating processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.

  • Develop and manage process documentation, including PFMEA, work instructions, and Control Plans.

  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects.

  • Support new product introductions with a strong focus on coating technologies.

  • Conduct operator training and implement cost reduction methods.

  • Support quality engineering in defect investigation and root cause resolution.

  • Essential experience in lacquering and knowledge of solvent-based coatings.

  • A minimum of a graduate degree in chemistry, physical science, life science, or engineering.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Chemical Engineering role, with a proven track record in manufacturing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in mathematics, and a ‘Can do’ attitude.

  • Desirable skills include experience with aluminizing, robot programming, and PLC architecture understanding.
