Your new company My client, who is based in the Totnes area, are looking for a part time Finance Officer for a temporary period of around 4 months. The role would be 30 hours per week - you can either do 6 hours over 5 days or 7.5 hours over 4 days. Pay is equal to between £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Please note this role requires a criminal records check before starting but this is paid for by Hays.
Your new role Role Purpose: To support the Finance Manager across all financial operations, including payroll, ensuring we maintain robust financial continuity and have adequate cover. This role will incorporate administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
