What you\’ll be doing Joining a cross‐functional product squad that includes backend engineers, data analysts, frontend engineers, user researchers, designers, UX writers, and others to develop features that improve our users\’ financial health.
Building ML models to solve customer problems across chat, payments, risk and marketing, with support from senior ML engineers.
Deploying these models into our production environments using our in‐house ML platform.
Integrating LLMs where appropriate, following evaluation‐driven development of applied AI.
Understanding data, business problems and measuring the impact of your work on customers.
Managing and owning ML in production, monitoring feature drift, accuracy and API performance.
Working with data‐driven development: emitting data with each feature, analyzing it to detect problems and generate new ideas.

As this is a junior position we\’re looking for someone who has graduated with a Computer Science / ML / AI related Master\’s with some commercial experience or a relevant PhD.
We Prefer Candidates With The Following Skills & Knowledge Coding in Python, including NumPy, pandas, and object‐oriented programming.
Version control such as Git.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
