About the Role
In the role of Tenancy Support Officer, you will provide support to vulnerable clients placed within the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme by empowering them with the skills to lead an independent life within the community and maintain their tenancy.
You will provide a comprehensive support assessment, a holistic support plan, and review meetings to clients placed in the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme.
About You
We want someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role delivering homelessness prevention, resettlement, and housing-related support services, with proven experience of working within a multi-functional team and with partners to deliver a range of services to a diverse community. Experience in successfully meeting individual set targets for key tenancy support areas, including tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, health, education and employment, and safeguarding is also desired.
