Legal Assistant Job Location: Glasgow, G2 (Hybrid working available) Job Type: 3-month contract Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour / £525 – £600 per week / £27,300 – £31,200 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm ** Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants must be a UK passport holder** We are working with a well-established Global Engineering Consultancy who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant their busy Legal Team on a contract basis. Within this role you will be providing support to a team of 6 solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the legal function by providing administration support. You will be; • Being the first point of contact for enquiries and directing to the correct person • Managing the teams shared mailbox, tracking enquiries & requests • Recording of new enquiries onto the teams’ daily worklists • Collating all required information on each request received to ensure the legal team have the correct information & documentation needed • Updating internal departments on the progress of enquiries Requirements: • Previous experience in administration within Legal • Effective organisational skills and attention to detail. • Good time management skills and ability to deliver a busy workload. • A personable team player with a positive attitude. • Good written and verbal communication…
