Role Overview: As a Commercial Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all commercial projects. This position is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage project schedules, and ensure high-quality work is delivered. Role Responsibilities: Manage and ensure all commercial work is completed to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines. Create and maintain detailed diary schedules for each project. Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Managing Director, General Manager, and Office Manager to review project progress and raise any issues. Communicate directly with the Office Manager regarding logistics, staffing, and material requirements. Liaise with the Managing Director for project planning, new customer onboarding, and costing breakdowns. Resolve any issues related to work carried out by you or your team. The Commercial Site Supervisor role is ideal for someone interested in the construction and mechanical sectors and is located in or around the North West of England Required Skills: SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme) Valid First Aid training certification CSCS card holder (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Valid DBS certification (Disclosure and Barring Service) Desired Skills: Health & Safety training (desirable but not essential) Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or mechanical sectors.
