Role Overview: As a Commercial Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all commercial projects. This position is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage project schedules, and ensure high-quality work is delivered.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure all commercial work is completed to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Create and maintain detailed diary schedules for each project.
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Managing Director, General Manager, and Office Manager to review project progress and raise any issues.
  • Communicate directly with the Office Manager regarding logistics, staffing, and material requirements.
  • Liaise with the Managing Director for project planning, new customer onboarding, and costing breakdowns.
  • Resolve any issues related to work carried out by you or your team.

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)

  • CSCS card holder (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • Valid DBS certification (Disclosure and Barring Service)

Desired Skills:

  • Health & Safety training (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or mechanical sectors.
