Role Overview: As a Commercial Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all commercial projects. This position is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage project schedules, and ensure high-quality work is delivered.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all commercial work is completed to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines.
- Create and maintain detailed diary schedules for each project.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Managing Director, General Manager, and Office Manager to review project progress and raise any issues.
- Communicate directly with the Office Manager regarding logistics, staffing, and material requirements.
- Liaise with the Managing Director for project planning, new customer onboarding, and costing breakdowns.
- Resolve any issues related to work carried out by you or your team.
