Finance Business Partner

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a well known Cirencester based business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their successful and high performing finance team. This Finance Business Partner role requires 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days working from home. As a Finance Business Partner, responsibilities will include: Balance sheet reconciliations Budgeting and forecasting Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Analyse financial and non-financial data to determine trends, correlations and other statistical information To support to improve system and financial processes to drive efficiency and compliance Recognise trends and patterns in the data and engage with relevant business area to resolve issuesThe ideal Finance Business Partner Candidate: Part qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE (MAAT) Good month end experience Good excel skills Comfortable working with large data sets Happy to work with internal and external stakeholdersThe package: Salary – £40,000 – £50,000 Hybrid working 25 days holiday + bank holiday Life assurance Competitive pension scheme
