As a Customer Advisor for our client, youβll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be making outbound follow-up calls to check in with customers, gather feedback, and help resolve any outstanding issues. Itβs all about building great relationships and making sure every customer leaves with a smile!
What you will be doing:
- Calling customers to check how their experience was and gathering feedback.
- Working closely with the Service Managers to follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Keeping customer records up to date in the system.
- Letting customers know about the latest offers and services available from the company.
- Helping hit team targets and keep our customer satisfaction levels high.
- Supporting the team with inbound booking calls when needed.
