Debt Collections Agent – 35k OTE

Monday-Friday (hybrid after training)

Salary – up to 26,000 + monthly uncapped bonus ( 1,000 plus p/m)

If so, please continue reading as we are proudly representing a leading financial services business who are based in the Sheffield area, looking to grow their collections team.

We work with some of the largest retail, banking and commercial businesses around the UK helping to recover overdue debts and arrange payment solutions, helping individuals to clear their debts.

Debt Collections Agent role:

• You will be dealing with inbound and making outbound calls to businesses and customers to recover outstanding debts.
• Set up and arrange payment plans to assist customers in recovering their outstanding debts.
• Handle difficult conversations in a professional and empathetic manner with customers.
• Input accurate information onto a customer database, regarding records of payments and conversations.
• Adhere to compliance and regulations regarding debt collection.
• Strive to achieve personal targets and group targets.
• Continuously provide excellent customer service to all customers on a daily basis.
