Superb opportunity to join a leading advisory firm focused on FIG M&A.
We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great financial institutions M&A team. The team advises banks, fintechs, insurers and other diversified financials companies on M&A.
They are looking to recruit a Associate.
The role will focus on
Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs
Financial modelling and analysts; deal structuring and valuations
Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
Background in FIG mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm
Track record of working on M&A transactions from the start of a process to the finish
Able to collaborate effectively within a team 4 years deal experience
