Job Description

Mission

Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing / production methods with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production, including basic maintenance processes.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Activities

• Identify and report risks related to health, safety, quality, and environment to the Team Leader (IAB3), including incidents and near misses.
• Follow recommended gestures for standard operating modes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain quality by controlling operations and adhering to standards.
• Apply escalation procedures for deviations in safety, environment, quality, or performance.
• Record barriers and performance metrics accurately in Red / Green follow-up systems.
• Perform maintenance at levels 1 & 2.
