Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior retail experience.
• Preferred golf industry experience.
• Ability to lift 15-35 lbs. occasionally and work extended periods standing or walking.
• Repetitive motion capability for short periods.
