Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Finance Assistant

Atkinson Moss is proud to represent a fantastic company in Bungay, seeking a unique new member for their highly productive team. They are looking for a Temporary Part-Time Finance Assistant.

Key Duties include:

  1. Perform credit control duties, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining debtor records.
  2. Conduct cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  3. Manage purchase ledger activities, including processing invoices and liaising with suppliers.
  4. Carry out stock reconciliations in collaboration with relevant departments.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Key Skills:

  1. Proven experience in a finance or accounting support role.
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  4. Good communication and organisational abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

The role is for 2-3 days a week, expected to last around 2-3 months. The salary is up to approximately £30,000 full-time equivalent.
