Here at Molecular Products, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing commercial team in Harlow, Essex. If you’re passionate about delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that create awareness and drive lead generation, we want to hear from you. You will use a range of channels and tools, both digital and traditional, to connect with our audience across our product family markets. Through marketing plans that join up with commercial goals and align with the business’ overall strategic plan, this role is crucial in growing Molecular Products’ global footprint and market share.

We work in 4 key markets globally - defence, healthcare, industrial and green energy. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work across all markets and alongside our commercial teams based in the UK, US, China and India. Based at our UK manufacturing site, you’ll team up with our Global Marketing Manager to bring bold ideas to life that grow our business.
What you’ll do
- Support the development and delivery of a global marketing plan to drive revenue growth across defence, green energy, healthcare and general industrial product families.
- Plan, lead, deliver and track impactful campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels that will drive lead generation.
- Take ownership of the Molecular Products Wordpress website, from theme and plugin updates through to optimising content for SEO.
- Drive digital campaign success to generate leads that convert into funnel opportunities.
- Devise and implement compelling content that positions products for different customer segments, while conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation.
- Bring our products, markets, people and customers to life through compelling storytelling.
- Work collaboratively with the global commercial team to support the implementation and delivery of tactical marketing activities to grow existing customers and generate new business.
- Perform market research, gap analyses and competitor research to identify trends, innovation, new products and opportunities within market sectors.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics, suggesting and delivering improvements for optimisation.
- Manage key external agency relationships including creative, design, PR and research to benefit business.
- Support planning and execution of trade show participation to drive awareness and lead generation.
Knowledge and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing role.
- Understanding of, or previous experience in defence, green energy, healthcare or general industrial markets.
- Evidence of executing impactful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Hands-on Wordpress experience including content creation, editing and optimising content for SEO and lead generation.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Ads, PPC, LinkedIn and Dynamics 365.
- Confidence with video creation and editing skills in Capcut or similar.
- Ability to undertake market research, analyse data and translate it into tangible information for decision making.
- Fantastic communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
