Role Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and store management with opportunities for rapid progression to Store Manager within 3-6 months. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and developing a team to enhance customer experience
2. Creating a positive working environment
3. Building community relationships and hosting events
4. Managing daily store operations to meet high standards
5. Recruitment, mentoring, and shift planning
6. Driving business growth and meeting KPIs
7. Ensuring health & safety compliance and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Management experience (essential)
• Food retail experience (preferred)

Candidates should be passionate about retail, detail-oriented, and willing to deliver excellent service. Even without management experience, a strong motivation and a strategic SWOT analysis with a compelling response can be considered.

Additional Information

Working hours: Minimum 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling options.
