An Assistant Manager Position At Greens Retail Entails Supporting The Store Manager With Overall Management And Running Of Your Store. We Are Keen To Recruit Individuals Who Are Keen To Progress And Can Undergo Enhanced Training To Be Positioned At Store Manager Level Within As Quick As 3 - 6 Months.

Your Typical Day Will Involve:

  • Lead and develop a strong team - all aimed at providing a great customer experience
  • Create an exceptional working environment
  • Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
  • Manage the store on a day to day basis, ensuring we’re consistently delivering the highest store standards
  • Colleague recruitment, mentoring, training, shift planning
  • Propel the store and business forward, ensuring we’re not only meeting KPIs, but fit for the future
  • Ensure a clean, swift and efficient operation - complying with health & safety as well as other processes and procedures

Managers will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days inclusive of evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business. We operate a flex working approach and hence, can be flexible with working times and hours providing store expectations are being met.

What do I need?

  • Management Experience = essential
  • Food Retail Experience = preferred
