Job Summary

The Equipment Operator will operate powered equipment to maintain golf course areas, including greens, collars, approaches, and tees. Responsibilities include mowing, preparing sand bunkers, and maintaining equipment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Follow all operational standards, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Service golf courses by changing pin placements, tee markers, trash removal, and ensuring daily presentation.
• Mow greens, tees, slopes, collars, roughs, and fairways with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare sand bunkers for daily play using suitable tools and methods.
• Maintain equipment by washing, fueling, and storing properly.
• Assist team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate motorized equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of golf course maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver\’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
