Overview

Retail Team Driver – Luton – £13.78 p/hr* at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd. Salary includes holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) with enhancements. Location: Luton. 8-10 hour stock count shifts with driving time paid and bonus. Immediate start available.

The Role

• We are looking for a Retail Minibus Driver to add to our already successful team.
• This role will oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Employment will be on different retail customer sites and travel will vary by shift; certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
• You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
• Completing a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters scheduled on the bus, attendance, and the arrival time on site.
• On site you will ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods; equipment may be used to reach high stock.

Key Skills / Experience

• Role involves unsociable hours including early mornings or night shifts; minimum age 21.
• Full driving licence required.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner; ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.
