Purpose of the Role
To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards, ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand
- Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and stock availability
- Promote our multi-channel shopping options to maximize customer satisfaction
- Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Process sales transactions carefully and in line with company guidelines
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs
Key Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in retail industry
- Good communication skills
- Availability for opening and closing the store, including cashing up and managing the store in the manager\’s absence
- Weekday availability
Desirable
- Good IT skills
- Experience working in a luxury fashion brand
