Client Details
Our client are a leading manufacturing business supporting a UK customer base, predominately within the FMCG space. They are now looking for a Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager to lead an internal CS & Internal Sales function
Description
- Lead & manage a team of Internal Sales Administrators, developing capabilities and performance across the team
- Drive order management and processing activities across the team, ensuring accuracy and in line with SLA\’s
- Drive up-selling and cross-selling across the team when supporting existing B2B customers, supporting again growth and commercial objectives
- Set individual and team performance metrics, monitor KPI\’s and deliver regular performance feedback
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the functions strategy aligns to wider business objectives
- Ensure customer accounts are best managed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Implement best practise and strong processes around Customer Service, Internal Sales and CRM usage
- Support complaint resolution process
- Support the business in maintaining adherence to ISO standards
Profile
- Experience managing a Customer Service or Internal Sales function
- Strong people leader
- Excellent communicator
- Understanding of order fulfilment / supply chain process
- Knowledge of ISO9001 (desirable)
